  No, since we specialize in selling Japanese vehicles previously owned and operated in Japan, any manuals provided will be in Japanese.

  We maintain a diverse inventory of over 10,000 (still updating) vehicles, with new additions being made on a regular basis.

• Is it possible to clear customs using electronic copies of the B/L?

  No, it is not possible. However, you can complete 60 percent of the entire customs clearing procedure using electronic copies of the B/L. The remaining part requires submission of the original B/L.

• Do you provide spare keys with the vehicles?

  This may vary. If you do not find spare keys in the vehicle's glove compartment, it means they are not included. You will be responsible for making copies once you receive the vehicle.
