My DHL tracking log doesn't show that my documents are being shipped. Is there a problem?

The tracking log starts providing information once the package has been physically picked up and scanned into DHL's system by the DHL representative.

 

Since our staff processes dispatches throughout the business day, your dispatch may be processed after the last scheduled DHL pickup for the day. In such cases, it will be picked up on the next business day.
