To book a shipping vessel for your cargo, we require the following information.
Please carefully read the details below and provide us with all the requested information. Most of the information is required by the contracted shipping companies; not JAPOX CORPORATION.

 

Port of Discharge: This is the nearest port where your cargo will be unloaded from the vessel. 

Vehicle Destination: Please provide the name of the country where the vehicle will actually be used and registered.

Consignee: The consignee is the future owner of the vehicle. Please provide their full name (as shown on their passport or ID), complete address (without abbreviations), and phone number(s). It is mandatory to provide all the consignee's information mentioned above in order to receive your B/L (Bill of Lading) from the shipping company.

Additionally, when providing us with your booking information, please keep the following points in mind.

If the consignee's full name and address are not provided, the shipping company may delay your booking. Complete information is required.

The consignee's name must be spelled correctly. Even the smallest error may require a B/L amendment, which can result in additional fees and delays.

Notify Party: The shipping agent will contact this person to notify the confirmed arrival date of your vessel at the port. If you have a private clearing agent, you can provide their information here. However, it is not mandatory to declare a clearing agent on the B/L. If you haven't hired an agent, you can simply write "Same as Consignee."

DHL Delivery Address: We require this information to send your documents, including your B/L, via DHL courier. Please provide the full name of the recipient, complete address (without abbreviations), and phone number(s). Please be aware that incomplete information may cause delays in dispatching your documents.
